3 layer felt roofing services
Pro-dec are 3 layer felt specialists. We can relay your new flat roof in a range of materials and finishes and can also carry out repairs to leaking or damaged roofs. We use Roll and pour or torch on felts in built up felt roofing systems, providing a strong, waterproof and fatigue resistant surface.
There are many different approaches to the detailed design of a built up roofing system. These can be discussed with our estimators. High performance felts are commonly used nowadays as these provide premium long term durability.
New roof builds
We have a great deal of experience in new roof builds. If your property needs a new roof or you are building a new property and need expert guidance for the roofing systems we will be happy to guide and advise you through the process.
Roofing repairs
We offer a roof repair service which is fast and efficient and is guaranteed to solve any water ingress problems. If your roof has suffered as a result of whether damage or has just become old and unreliable over time we will be happy to help.
Slating
For a more traditional look natural or synthetic slate can be used on your roof. Reclaimed slate can be use to blend seamlessly on period properties. Installed correctly a slate roof will last a very long time with very little maintenance.

Be it a minor repair to your roof, a strip and re-tile or a complete new roof, with a multitude of colours in either clay or concrete tile, tiling can transform your home. We can also offer repair or renovations for tile hung properties.
Chimney repointing or deconstruction
We are skilled in the removal, rebuilding and restoration of chimney stacks and parapet walls, also re-pointing, rendering, chimney capping or chimney pot replacement.
Gutter repairs
We can provide a full guttering repair or replacement service using cast iron or aluminium for that period look or UPVC in a variety of colourways to suit your home.
Lead & Zinc work
We have skilled lead and zinc workers who can accommodate for all types of work ranging from Bossing to Welding. With our own skilled labour we feel confident we can offer a complete service for all lead and zinc work to you the customer.
Soffit & Fascia board replacement and repair
Soffit and fascia boards protect joist ends and facilitate secure and easy fitting of guttering. Both are available in either UPVC or wood.
Corrugated roofing
We can install or repair corrugated roofs in most materials ranging from plastics to metals. We will be happy to advise you if you have any questions regarding renewal or repair.
